Regular Quarterly Dues (All Classes except XI)
- First Quarter: April-June — By April 7th
- Second Quarter: July-Sept — By July 7th
- Third Quarter: Oct-Dec — By October 7th
- Fourth Quarter: Jan-March — By January 7th
Class XI (New Admissions) Half-Yearly Dues
- First Half: April-Sept — By April 7th
- Second Half: Oct-March — By October 7th

Important Notes
- Students with delayed fees will be withheld from Terminal examinations
- All fees must be cleared before final examination
- Fee concessions will be cancelled if dues are not paid on time

School Exit
Withdrawal Rules
- Fees once paid will not be refunded in case of withdrawal
- Two months' notice required before withdrawal, or school fees will be charged

Facilities
Facility Usage Rules
Boarding Facility
If a boarder switches to day scholar mid-session, full hostel charges apply for the remaining session
Transport Facility
- Complete session bus charges apply even if facility usage stops mid-session
- In case of indiscipline, students may be expelled from hostel/transport facility
- Regular charges continue to apply even after facility withdrawal
